30‑Day 100 % Money‑Back Guarantee

We want you to love Ducerr and other Ingram's Box products. If for any reason you’re unhappy, email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of purchase and we’ll refund 100 % of your payment — no explanations required. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Who handles payments?

All payments are processed by our authorized reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and manages sales tax, compliance, and billing support on our behalf.

How to request a refund

1. Email us: [email protected] and include your Paddle order number.

2. Or contact Paddle directly: use the link in your receipt or write to [email protected].

Refunds are issued to the original payment method as soon as they are approved.

Typical arrival times:

  • Card (Visa/Mastercard etc.) — 3–5 business days

  • PayPal — within 48 h

Older payments – Card refunds cannot be processed after 120 days (or 179 days for PayPal). If your purchase is older, we’ll arrange the refund via an alternative method you prefer.

EU/UK cool‑off right

Residents of the European Union or United Kingdom may cancel any unused digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction.

For digital products you begin downloading or SaaS you start using immediately, this statutory right ends once you tick the waiver box presented at checkout.

Exceptions & anti‑fraud

We reserve the right—together with Paddle—to refuse or reverse refunds that are connected with fraud, abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Products explicitly labelled non‑refundable at checkout are not covered by this policy.
